SnapNAT™: Connect NOC tools to Managed Devices in Minutes
ION’s newest feature, SnapNAT™, dynamically connects remotely managed devices to NOC tools, vastly speeding the deployment and integration process. For service providers in particular, SnapNAT represents a significant improvement in the way remote systems are deployed and managed. Now, customer premise-located equipment seamlessly integrates with NOC tools, allowing service providers to reduce costs through automation, offer next generation managed services, and better deliver on existing SLAs.
New Out-of-Band Options:
Wireless Broadband and ISDN-BRI
When IP access is unavailable or undesirable, broadband access is an ideal solution, as it offers fast, high-bandwidth connectivity to a variety of voice and IT resources. ION has now expanded its out-of-band options to include EVDO (wirleless broadband) and ISDN-BRI (dial up).

The ION SA5600 appliance keeps a complete record of all activity - down to the keystroke level. This gives the enterprise companies real-time insight into who is accessing the network, where they are going, and what they are doing. This capability provides the foundation for routine operational reviews and forensic analysis, necessary components of many enterprise security policies.

A customization feature lets you create your own action routines. Built-in intelligence filters out unnecessary alarms, saving you time and money. Also, AME is compatible with most network monitoring systems. With the SA5600's alarm management capabilities, it is easier than ever to proactively monitor Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) or enterprise voice and information technology systems.
